Andrei Roșca
change strategist & coach

Who I am and what I do
I teach people to manage pressure better. I help them gain better control over their thoughts, emotional states, and energy, so they can have the life they want.
I work primarily with entrepreneurs, leaders, and professionals who make high-stakes decisions and operate constantly under pressure.
I hold sessions online and in person, in individual 1-on-1 programs, on topics such as:
- 1 on 1 Resilience Training for Decision Makers & High Achievers
- Emotional Regulation for Decision Makers
- building resilience under stress
- control over internal pressure
- reducing overthinking and internal noise
- nervous system optimization and HRV improvement
- emotional self-regulation techniques with immediate effect and exiting emotional overdrive
- burnout (prevention)
- support and clarity in strategic decisions
If you want to work with me 1 on 1, write to me at start @ change.ro or on WhatsApp at +40722 458 259 and ask me for details about how I work, or let’s talk for 5 minutes on the phone.
I am the founder of Whisper – Center for Strategic Change and of the Change Strategy Method (CSM), and I have trained hundreds of coaches, psychotherapists, and mental health specialists to use the method in their work with their own clients.
I work with clients in Romania and Diaspora, online.
Also, I work in person in Bucharest and Brașov.
Working Method
I am passionate about people and systems. Action-oriented and pragmatic. The way I work has been strongly influenced by the work of Milton Erickson, Irvin Yalom, and Viktor Frankl.
I have learned directly from change experts such as Tony Robbins, Cloé Madanes, Richard Bandler, John La Valle, Joe Dispenza, Joe Navarro, and Kaifi Iraklis, and then built my own process, Change Strategy Method, as an interdisciplinary method for facilitating change.
I have a clear and proven working process that is, at the same time, flexible. I believe in highly personalized approaches for each client, not in recipes and applied templates.
Technically, my method sits at the intersection of: – Co-Active Coaching – Strategic Interventions – with strong elements from CBT (Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy), psycho-sensory techniques, hypnosis, and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)
Only tools applicable in real life.
Workshops
From time to time I organize, on request, workshops for companies on topics such as:
- Resilience Under Pressure: trainings for building resilience and lowering stress levels
- Resilience Training for Decision Makers
- Emotional self-regulation techniques with immediate effect
- Emotional Regulation for Decision Makers

Managing Partner at Unison Plant Based
As a solo founder of a startup, I felt I was in that dark swamp of despair every business book or entrepreneur is talking about. That space where you end up after some years of ups and downs and struggles.
I needed to escape the days with low energy, very little enthusiasm, no confidence and no plans ahead. From the first session, Andrei made me address some of my personal problems and limiting beliefs and helped me to see the connections to my work. He guided me to create a daily routine that stuck with me and now is a framework to be more productive, present and confident. Andrei made my growth process enjoyable.

Andrei’s skills of strategic thinking — backed by his ability to take action and stay on course — are nothing short of impressive. The one thing that I admire most about Andrei apart from his obvious intelligence and wit is the fact he is the honest, down-to-earth, no-B.S. kind of person — always speaking straight to the point and keeping his feet firmly planted on the ground (even when daydreaming) — which makes him very reality-oriented (rather than just someone who speaks from theory or mere idealism).

Technical Writer @ Hootsuite
Andrei is brilliant! He really is. He is by far one of the most intelligent, perceptive and empathic people I’ve ever met. But most importantly, Andrei takes the time to listen. Thanks to our talks and his advice, I was able to get some clarity and figure out how to beat the fears that were holding me back from achieving my goals.
Andrei Roșca has also supported several non-profit organizations through his work, in most cases working directly with the Boards of those organizations.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does Andrei Roșca do psychotherapy or coaching?
I believe in the role of psychotherapy in personal development and have personally gone through (as a client) more than 600 hours of working on myself in sessions with psychotherapists from Romania, the UK, the US, and Estonia.
Nevertheless, I have chosen to help my clients from the role of change strategist and coach, where my background and inclination towards pragmatism and action can have a stronger impact.
So no, I don’t do psychotherapy; I do coaching and change strategy. I don’t work with the past, I don’t work with trauma. I help people change their present so they can have the future they want.
What does “Resilience Under Pressure” mean?
The ability to remain mentally and emotionally stable when pressure increases and decisions become difficult.
What is “Acum, aici, contezi – ghid practic de conectare prin ascultare”?
One of the most frequent pieces of feedback I receive in the first sessions with my clients is “it took me years to get to this in psychotherapy and you figured it out in 20 minutes.” I believe I have very good listening skills, trained over thousands of sessions with clients. I wrote a book about how you too can become a better listener — in your professional or personal life — so you can connect more deeply with the people who matter to you. The book is called “Acum, aici, contezi – ghid practic de conectare prin ascultare”. You can find it HERE, online, or in bookstores. There is also an Audiobook version, here.
Collaborations
Last but not least, Andrei Roșca works closely together with several psychotherapists, change strategists, and change experts, most closely with Raluca Roșca Alecu, expert in eating behaviors, emotional eating, and stress management, with whom he has organized joint training programs and Change Strategy projects, particularly projects addressing the relationship between emotions, stress, and food.
