Principalul beneficiu după sesiuni a fost că am conștientizat că instrumentele de reglare emoțională sunt chiar la îndemâna mea și că de mine depinde ce tehnică folosesc, în funcție de ce am nevoie. Recomand celor care au nevoie să învețe să se calmeze, să își controleze emoțiile și să nu lase emoțiile să îi controleze.

Am învățat metode prin care să mă calmez, să mă liniștesc, să schimb o stare emoțională negativă, care mă chinuie, într-una de calm, liniște, încredere și recunoștință. Metodele funcționează, sunt eficiente și destul de rapide. Toate exercițiile le-am făcut prima dată în grup, sub ghidarea lui Andrei, și au fost uimitor de eficiente din prima. Mă ajută să îmi opresc anxietatea și ruminațiile. Chiar dacă sunt într-o stare agitată, faptul că îmi aduc aminte cât de eficiente au fost, mă face să am încredere că vor funcționa și să am răbdare să le aplic.

În 15 ani de terapie nimeni nu m-a învățat tehnici de reglare emoțională. Sau nimeni nu mi-a zis măcar să mă duc la un curs pentru așa ceva. Mie. Eu care sunt hipersensibilă și iau totul în plex. Pentru un om ca mine, niște tehnici de genul ăsta sunt prioritatea 0. Apoi psihoeducația, apoi rădăcinile. Anyway. M-a învățat @andreirosca1 într-o sesiune o tehnică dinasta și o tot aplic. There is hope!

I first “met” Andrei through his podcast and after I listened to the first episode, I did not stop for weeks until I listened to almost all the episodes. Am început să lucrez cu Andrei într-o perioadă în care eram permanent în overthinking, cu mult zgomot intern și cu senzația aia că sunt mereu în alertă. Eram foarte aproape de burnout. Ce mi-a plăcut de la început a fost abordarea lui pragmatică. Fără teorie inutilă, fără discurs motivațional, doar instrumente clare și aplicabile exact în momentele în care simțeam că mă pierd în gânduri și în emoții. Andrei is like a Swiss Army knife when it comes to building companies. A guerrilla thinker at the very beginning, then gradually becoming more strategy-oriented and detail-focused, Andrei can overcome almost any challenge a start-up faces. What I love most about Andrei is his work ethic. He will not let you cope/vent, during a session, as he is results oriented. And when he feels you don’t bring a subject that is urgent or important for you, he will politely cut the chit-chat to make you focus on what you want to change, or to make room for clients that actually need the sessions. This approach helped me tremendously in setting intentions for our coaching sessions and keeping things relevant. Before our first session, I remember I had tried to make up a list of topics to bring to him. None of them seemed important enough 30 mins before the session, and my frustration had gotten through the roof. I remember crying my eyes out before the call, and when we started the session, I literally had nothing. And that’s exactly what I told him. In less than 15 mins, not only he had cut the confusion and frustration, but he actually told me what my problem seemed to be: anxiety. I knew that was true the second he said it. So, you got me at anxiety, Andrei. Every session came with huge relief, and concrete solutions to my problems. Solutions I created, or co-created. It felt like I could finally breathe again.

Dealing with change, uncertainty, volatility and ambiguity in my professional life is supposed to be my second nature as an agile coach. Well, I’m just a man – I have fears, emotions, doubts and limiting beliefs. I worked with Andrei in a period of maximum uncertainty in our life-time: pandemic Covid-19 confinement. Despite that, I succeeded to get a better picture of myself and define a clearer image of my future self. More than this, Andrei helped me with practices, tools, books, materials, check-ins and personal examples in my struggle to enforce good habits and rewrite my limiting stories. Formarea de Change Strategist pe care am făcut-o cu Andrei a fost, de fapt, un salt către o lume pe care aș fi descoperit-o mult mai târziu. Informațiile pe care Andrei mi le-a prezentat în lunile de formare mi-au deschis mintea, ochii, și m-au ajutat să mă înțeleg mai bine pe mine și pe cei din jur. Tactul lui, pasiunea pentru dezvoltare personală, modul în care predă, sunt doar câteva dintre motivele pentru care cursurile lui Andrei te captează cu totul.

Lucrand cu Andrei am aflat ce ma motivează și cum sa-mi acopăr principalele nevoi; atat cele pe care le am acum, cat și cum sa aplic același principiu pe viitor, când se va schimba balanta. Deci cum sa gătesc pestele și cum sa îl pescuiesc în viitor. M-a ajutat sa inteleg cum se traduc și se rezolva simplu niște lucruri care par foarte complicate. Printre primele aspecte pe care mi le-a transmis Andrei, este ca trebuie sa ai mereu mintea si inima deschisa la dialog, la intelegerea celuilalt. Ulterior am explorat nu doar modalitati de a-l ajuta pe cel de langa tine sa treaca de la “nu vreau” la “vreau” ci si cum sa fiu atent atat la propriile semnale. Pe de alta parte, Andrei nu vorbeste dintr-o goala perspectiva teoretica. Background-ul din care vine fac ca discutiile cu el sa fie pline de miez si aplicabile imediat.
